Envirocalc Access

Envirocalc is an engineering design analysis tool for Envirocon precast concrete construction systems. The tool is designed for and available to registered engineers. Before gaining access to the tool you first need to undertake a brief training session on the tool. You can register for one of our regular webinars here. 

For non-engineer customers requiring a engineered design for there structure, Envirocon can provide the design for a small fee. A PS1 will need to be sourced independently however to verify the design. 

The following comments provide a general overview of how we structure our quoting and services. 

Standard Scope of Service

• Supply of Materials: Our quotes cover the supply of materials for building the structure.
• Illustrative Drawings: Any accompanying drawings or images are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a warranty for the design.
• Envirocalc Engineering Calculations: For an additional fee of $1500 (in most standard cases), we can provide specific engineering calculations for your project.

Limitations of Engineering Design

• Vertical Elements Only: Our design services typically focus on the vertical elements of the structure.
• No Foundation Design: We do not undertake design work for foundations.
• No Temporary Stability Design: We do not provide design work for temporary structural stability during installation. This is best addressed through the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) process by the installer.

Pricing

• Base Cost: The $1500 fee is a base cost for straightforward projects.
• Variable Factors: The final price may vary depending on the complexity of the structure, the number of design changes, and the availability of information.
• Confirmation: Your sales representative will confirm the final design pricing before confirming the sale.

Customer Responsibility

If you choose not to purchase specific engineering calculations, you release Envirocon Ltd from any liability regarding the performance of the structure.
