Understanding Installation Estimates

Envirocon frequently provides installation estimates within product quotations. These estimates are calculated using a standard scope of works. Any tasks falling outside this scope will require separate pricing and a specifically outlined installation brief.

INTERBLOC: STANDARD SCOPE OF WORKS

In Scope:

• Safety: Health and safety pre-start, providing a safe work environment, clear communication with other contractors (if applicable).
• Minor Site Leveling: Includes supply of shims.
• Block Movement: On-site block movement (within 100m of the layout area).
• Equipment: Supply of forklift, lifting, and height access equipment.
• Block Placement: Installation of Interbloc blocks.
• Vertical Reinforcing: Installation of kits, including drilling equipment/consumables, drilling, and QC recording.
• Foam/Silicon: Installation (if included in the quote).
• Clean-up: Removal of Envirocon-related rubbish from the site.

Out of Scope:

• Block Unloading
• General Earthworks
• Engineer Inspections
• Block Cutting
• Traffic Management
• Environmental Controls: (e.g., silt control, site runoff prevention prior to earthworks).

STONEBLOC: STANDARD SCOPE OF WORKS

In Scope:

• Safety: Health and safety pre-start, providing a safe work environment, clear communication with other contractors (if applicable).
• Final Site Leveling
• Hardfill: Supply, placement, and compaction (max depth 300mm).
• Leveling Layer: Supply and placement (max depth 50mm).
• Block Movement: On-site block movement.
• Block Placement: Installation of Stonebloc blocks.
• Drainage: Supply and placement of drainage coil and fill.
• Equipment: Supply of lifting and compaction equipment.
• Clean-up: Removal of Envirocon-related rubbish from the site.

Out of Scope:

• Block Unloading
• Service Location: (e.g., water, fiber, electrical).
• Old Wall Demolition
• Tree/Stump Removal
• General Earthworks
• Soil Removal
• Engineer Inspections/Compaction Testing
• Drainage (Beyond Coil and Fill)
• Topsoil Capping
• Other Landscaping
• Handrail/Fence Installation
• Environmental Controls: (e.g., silt control, site runoff prevention prior to earthworks).
