INTRODUCTION

REFUND ELGIBILITY

Envirocon's refund policy is contingent upon the timing and nature of the customer's order modification or cancellation. Here are the key considerations:

1. Order Modification or Cancellation Before Dispatch:

   • If a customer chooses to modify or cancel an order before the dispatch process has commenced, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
   • This provision applies to standard orders and products that are not custom-made, such as the majority of our product range.

2. Order Modification or Cancellation After Dispatch:

   • If a customer requests a modification or cancellation after the dispatch process has begun, no refund will be granted.
   • Additionally, for customers ordering custom products, including geomat blocks or other bespoke items, no refunds will be processed.

3. Deposit Forfeiture:

   • In cases where no refund is available, and a deposit has been paid by the customer, the deposit will be forfeited. This serves as a measure to account for the costs incurred in processing the order up to that point.

REFUND FORM AND CREDIT EXPIRY

1. Refund Form:

   • All refunds will be issued in the form of a credit on the customer's account, excluding pallets.
   • This credit can be applied towards future purchases or transactions with Envirocon.

2. Credit Note Expiry:

   • Customers are granted a period of 12 months to utilize the credit note issued to their account.
   • After this 12-month period, the credit will expire, and it will no longer be available for use in future transactions.
