Osama has nine years of experience in civil engineering, starting his career as a technical field engineer. His passion for structural design and sustainability led him to pursue a PhD at the University of Auckland, where his research focuses on sustainable concrete for gravity retaining structures. Since joining Envirocon in 2021, he has brought expertise in engineering design and calculation efficiency, helping to develop innovative solutions for the industry. He currently works on retaining wall design for Envirocon, using our proprietary software, EnviroCalc, to streamline calculations and ensure compliance. Balancing his work in both academia and the industry, Osama is set to publish his PhD thesis later this year.
